RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Maxim Desires we want our customers to be fully satisfied with the purchased they have made. However we do understand that from time to time your purchase may need to be exchanged for many unforeseen reasons. With that being said we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can always contact us to return and exchange the item that's in question to us. 

We gladly accept RETURNS/EXCHANGES within 14 days of your order being delivered. 

 All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including attached tags and other accessories. Maxim Desires will not accept returned items that are damaged, worn or had their labels removed at the time of return. 

The returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original swing tags/labels attached. *Hosiery (stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, bodystockings) can not be returned once opened.

Please be advised that all refunds once inspected and approved will be issued in the form of a Maxim Desires gift card. For your benefit our gift cards are valid one year after the gift card has been issued.

All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Previous shipping fees as well as shipping cost incurred by the return of the order is at the expense of the customer. 

*For sale items, hosiery, gift cards, and bodystockings are non refundable*

 

To initiate a return, contact us at refunds/exchange@maximdesires.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. The cost of the prepaid return shipping label is $8 which will be deducted from the total amount of your Maxim Desires gift card. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please mail all returns to Maxim Desires 7643 Gate Parkway Suite 104-1085 Jacksonville, FL 32226.

International returns: The cost of shipping items back is at the expense of the customer.
