What are my payment options?

Maxim Desires accepts the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal .

How will I know if you have received my order?

We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, order details and billing information. Be sure to check your spam/ junk email folder first as sometimes the confirmation is here.

If you still do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our CUSTOMER CARE team for further assistance and they will be able to tell you if your order has gone through.

What if an item I have purchased is out of stock?

If indeed this happened, which rarely does we will contact you to advise of the ETA of shipping or proceed in processing a refund which will be issued in the form of our Maxim Desires gift card. In this one particular case the Maxim Desires gift card will have no expiration. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept RETURNS/EXCHANGES within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please refer to R&E for further details.
